I’m passionate about helping women leaders find sustainable success.
About Jen
You’ve worked hard to build a meaningful career. But many women leaders reach a point where the pace, pressure, and demands of the field no longer feel sustainable.
I coach women in healthcare, pharma, and biotech who want to thrive in their careers and their lives, not by pushing harder, but by creating a more energized, intentional, and sustainable way forward.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe coaching works best as a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, and honest conversation.
Many of the women I work with are highly capable leaders who have spent years caring for teams, organizations, and family members while quietly putting their own needs last.
Coaching creates space to step back, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity, energy, and intention.
My Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years as a healthcare leader supporting individuals and teams in high-intensity environments, including 10 years at Genentech. I understand firsthand the pressure many women leaders face and how easy it is to prioritize work while quietly running on empty.
I also hold a Master of Public Health degree and prior to working at Genentech I spent years at UCSF researching stress, coping, and resilience. That experience continues to shape my coaching, which blends evidence-based strategies with practical, real-world support.
Today, I work with women leaders in healthcare and biotech who want to create a more sustainable, energized, and fulfilling way to succeed.

My Approach
My coaching focuses on helping women leaders identify what is draining their energy and keeping them stuck in survival mode.
Together, we create practical, sustainable changes that support both career success and personal well-being.
This often includes:
clarifying priorities,
strengthening boundaries,
rebuilding energy,
navigating transitions,
and redefining success for this season of life.
Outside of Coaching
Outside of coaching, I recharge through hiking, strength training, kayaking, travel, and live music. Spending time outdoors and staying active are important ways I restore my own energy and stay connected to what matters most.
