Create a Career and Life you Love

You've worked hard to build your career, but that doesn't mean the path forward always feels clear. The next chapter isn't just about achieving more. It's about creating sustainable success.

Perhaps you're considering a career change, preparing for a leadership role, feeling stretched too thin by competing demands, or wondering how to create a career and life that feels more sustainable and fulfilling.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with women leaders in healthcare, biotech, and life sciences who are ready to create more clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their careers and lives.

Common coaching topics include:

  • Career transitions and job changes

  • Leadership development and promotion readiness

  • Career clarity, decision-making, and prioritization

  • Work-life balance and boundaries

  • Managing stress and overwhelm

  • Navigating midlife transitions

  • Creating a more sustainable and fulfilling approach to work and life

What It's Like to Work Together

Every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine whether coaching feels like the right fit.

From there, clients typically choose a coaching package ranging from three to six months. Sessions are conducted virtually, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.

Our work together includes:

  • Regular one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Personalized support tailored to your goals

  • Reflection exercises and practical action steps between sessions

  • Accountability and encouragement as you implement changes

  • Messaging support between sessions when needed

Every coaching journey is unique. Some clients focus on navigating a specific transition, while others use coaching as an ongoing space for growth, leadership development, and intentional decision-making. Wherever you are starting from, our work together is designed to meet you there and support the direction you want to grow.

Curious Whether Coaching Is Right for You?

The best way to find out is through a complimentary discovery call. We'll discuss your goals, answer any questions you have, and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit.

How Coaching Has Helped Clients

Every coaching journey is unique because every client brings different goals and challenges. Here are a few examples of the kinds of transformations my clients have achieved during our work together.

Career Transition: Navigating a Job Change

A seasoned professional in the biotechnology industry came to coaching feeling stuck in her current role. She was ready for a new challenge but also wanted greater flexibility to better support her growing family. While she knew it was time for a change, she wasn't sure what kind of role would be the right fit or how to approach the job search strategically.

Together, we clarified her values, priorities, and the type of work that would be most meaningful in this next stage of her career. We developed a focused job search strategy that included networking through informational interviews, refining her résumé and LinkedIn profile, preparing for interviews, and creating accountability throughout the process.

She successfully landed a field-based role with a smaller biotechnology company that aligned with both her professional goals and personal priorities. The new position allowed her to make an immediate impact while providing the flexibility she wanted for her family. Most importantly, she felt energized and excited about her career again.

Leadership Growth: Preparing for a New Role

A newly promoted Senior Manager at a large corporation wanted to position herself for a future Director role but found herself spending too much time managing day-to-day operations. She knew she needed to empower her team more effectively, create space for strategic work, and increase her visibility within the organization.

Over several months, we focused on strengthening her leadership approach by clarifying team goals, aligning individual development plans, improving work assignments, and creating more effective one-on-one meetings. We also explored ways to delegate more intentionally and develop her team members so they could take greater ownership of their work.

As her team became more engaged, productive, and collaborative, she was able to spend less time on operational details and more time on networking, high-visibility projects, and building business acumen. She now feels confident that she is on a strong path toward her next promotion and is leading her team with greater effectiveness and confidence.

Work/Life Balance: Redefining Success

A healthcare manager leading a large team genuinely enjoyed her work but felt that it was consuming too much of her time and mental energy. She wanted to continue growing in her career while creating healthier boundaries and making her own well-being a priority during midlife.

Together, we clarified what success looked like beyond professional achievement. We focused on practical, sustainable changes: getting up to date on preventive healthcare, establishing a realistic workout routine, and developing healthier eating habits that fit into a busy workday. Rather than trying to overhaul her life, we built small, consistent habits that supported her energy and overall well-being.

Today, she has a regular gym routine, healthier habits at work, and a renewed sense of balance. Instead of feeling like she needs to leave a job she enjoys, she has created a way of working that feels more sustainable, allowing her to thrive both professionally and personally.
